Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 24 hours after receipt of payment on business days

  • Business Days: Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please note that orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday. 

 

 

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Domestic Shipping: All our orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies. Orders are typically delivered within 7 working days (not including the day of order) in case of Standard Shipping

  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping subject to cost borne by the consumer.

3. Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email & WhatsApp with the tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

  • Tracking Updates: You can also track your order status directly on our website under the "Track Order" section.

 

 

4. Delivery Issues

Delayed Delivery: If your order is delayed, please get in touch with our customer service team at contactus@zappytots.com. We will work to resolve any issues promptly.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund.

 

5. Shipping Address

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delays. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Box addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
